海南省博物馆建立健全“现场投诉、海南12345热线、电话投诉、投诉意见箱”四位一体投诉受理体系，依托海南12345热线管理平台实现流转闭环管理，兼顾数字化与传统渠道，确保覆盖各类观众群体。所有投诉纳入统一处理流程，严格落实“件件有回应、事事有落实”，切实保障观众合法权益。

Hainan Museum has established and improved a four-in-one complaint-handling system comprising on-site complaints, Hainan 12345 Hotline, telephone complaints, and complaint suggestion boxes. Relying on the Hainan 12345 Hotline Management Platform, it realizes closed-loop management for complaint processing. Both digital and traditional channels are used to ensure coverage for all visitor categories. All complaints follow a unified handling procedure. The museum believes that every complaint receives a response and that every issue should be resolved properly, in order to effectively protect the legitimate rights and interests of visitors.
