(1)每周二至周日开放参观,周一闭馆(国家法定节假日除外),特殊情况另行公告。

(2)实行实名制参观制度,可凭本人二代身份证或第三代社保卡刷证入馆。每天限额11199人。学龄前儿童、高龄老人、行动不便者等须有具备民事行为能力的成年人陪护入馆参观。

(4)团队预约需提供包括团队名称、参观时间、参观人数、负责人姓名、联系方式及团队所有成员实名信息(含姓名及身份证号)。

(5)本馆为特殊群体(60岁以上老年人、残障人士、军人、医务工作者等)提供人工帮扶,可凭有效证件前往特殊群体优先窗口办理。

入馆注意事项:
Things to note when entering the museum:
(1)观众入馆须自觉接受安全检查,酗酒者、衣冠不整者、无民事行为能力或限制民事行为能力且无监护人陪伴者谢绝入馆。

(2)严禁携带易燃、易爆、危险品等违禁物品进入场馆。

文明参观注意事项:

(1)馆内全域禁止吸烟(含电子烟);禁止追逐打闹、大声喧哗、攀爬躺卧、随意丢弃杂物等不文明行为。
