II. Paid Guided Tours

（一）中文讲解150元/场。每场30人以内（含30人），每超过1人，增加10元，最多不超过40人/场，讲解时长90分钟，讲解内容为常设展览、精品临时展览（可选）。

(I) Chineselanguage Guided Tour: RMB 150 per session. Each session accommodates up to 30 visitors (inclusive). An extra charge of RMB 10 applies for each additional visitor, with a maximum of 40 visitors per session. Each tour lasts 90 minutes, covering permanent exhibitions and premium temporary exhibitions (optional).

1.电话预约：可至少提前1日致电0898-65220971预约，预约成功后，参观当日前往历史馆或艺术馆游客中心现场支付费用。（若临时无法参观，需在参观前1日12:00前取消，否则视为爽约，180日内累计爽约3次，从第3次爽约的次日起，60日内将无法预约收费讲解服务。）

1. Telephone Booking: Book at least one day in advance by calling 0898-65220971. Upon successful booking, settle the payment on-site at the Visitor Center of the History Hall or Art Hall on your visit day. (Cancellations must be made by 12:00 one day prior to your scheduled visit; otherwise, the booking will be recorded as a no-show. Visitors accumulating three no-shows within 180 days will be barred from booking paid guided-tour services for 60 days starting from the day after the third no-show.)

2.现场预约：前往历史馆或艺术馆游客中心现场预约并支付费用，先到先得，约满即止。

2. On-site Booking: Book and make payment at the Visitor Center of the History Hall or Art Hall on-site. Bookings are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to availability.

1.讲解过程中，请听从讲解员安排，遵守博物馆参观规定。

1. Please follow the guide’s instructions and abide by the museum’s visitor regulations during the tour.

2.免费提供蓝牙耳机，如有遗失或损坏，需照价赔偿。

2. Bluetooth earphones are provided free of charge. Compensation at full cost shall be required for loss or damage.

3.非馆方同意，任何单位及个人不得在馆内开展游客讲解服务。

3. No entity or individual may conduct tourist-guiding services within the museum premises without official consent from the museum.

4.参观当日，请提前10分钟抵达历史馆或艺术馆游客中心办理手续，若超出预约时间15分钟后未到，则视为取消预约。

4. Please arrive at the Visitor Center of the History Hall or Art Hall 10 minutes ahead of your scheduled time for check-in on your visit day. Failure to arrive within 15 minutes of the booked time will result in automatic cancellation of the booking.

（一）“东坡带你观琼博”智慧导览机（含中、英、日、俄等多种语言），使用微信或支付宝扫描导览机租赁二维码，租金20元/台，无需押金;耳机10元/副，自愿购买，无需归还。

(I) “Dongpo Guides You Around Hainan Museum” Smart Audio Guide (available in Chinese, English, Japanese, Russian, and other languages). Scan the rental QR code via WeChat or Alipay. Rental fee: RMB 20 per unit; no deposit required. Earphones are available for voluntary purchase at RMB 10 per pair, non-returnable.

（二）AR眼镜智慧讲解：自动识别，语音讲解（支持中、英文），在自助柜及人工柜台租赁，租金50元/台，押金199元，归还设备押金自动退回。

(II) AR-Glasses Smart Guide: Auto-recognition with audio narration (Chinese and English supported). Available for rental at self-service lockers and manned counters. Rental fee: RMB 50 per unit; deposit: RMB 199. The deposit will be automatically refunded upon device return.
